My run isn't showing up in my score

RunRival reads running workouts from Apple Health. Make sure:

Why did my league score drop?

Scores are recomputed when workouts change. Common reasons: a run was deleted from Apple Health, you joined a new permanent league with a later start date, or the end of the month reset the weekly streak.

Can I use RunRival without HealthKit?

No — RunRival relies on real running data from Apple Health to keep leaderboards fair.

How do I invite a friend?

Go to the Challenge tab, create a league, and share the invite code or the deep link with your friend.

I uninstalled the app and lost my league

If you did not Sign in with Apple before uninstalling, your anonymous account was lost with the app. Contact us by email — we can sometimes restore your data if you can tell us which league you were in.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Stats tab → scroll to Account → tap Delete my account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers (workouts, stats, challenges, notifications) and deletes your authentication record.

How do I export my data?

Open the app → Stats tab → scroll to Account → tap Export my data. A JSON file with all your data will be shared via the iOS share sheet.
